If he or she takes right decision then surely success will come to the team but if the decision is made wrong then there is a great loss.
A leader is the one who leads the success of team. Any team without a leader is like an" athletic team without a coach". The leader of Team should be Cooperative plus he or she should not only focus on the best players but also on those who need more practice. Then only he or she can select the best one otherwise creating a bunch of them. A leader should be like that he or she could influence his or her team members by his/her views and opinions about what they are trying to achieve.
A leader can only provide best guidance to the team by focusing on both weak and strong points of team members. Robert Ginnett once said that
