Obicity is one of the most serious problem spreading like flu all over the country.Obesity has higher risk of diseases like -hypertension,heart problems ,respiratory problems,strokes etc.This made children fatter and obese .The main reason behind is that development of unhealthy eating habits among them.The process starts slowly but once a person starts becoming fat and do not take care of his diet and eating habits,it becomes quite difficult to overcome the problem of obesity.It is very important to prevent obesity.
