We went to a Blind School on 2nd February 2016. We went in a bus. It was a boys school. There were classes till the tenth standard. The children had bunk beds to sleep on. There was a room with 1st, 2nd and 3rd, another with 4th, 5th, 6th. The last room had 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th. There was a music room – they played the dhol, piano, and likewise. When we went there 7th B was singing ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’. They had a farm where they grew vegetables. These vegetables were cooked and served in the dining room, where children ate their meals. They also had a simple playground. They spoke in Marathi. We saw their assembly – everything was conducted in Marathi. When I went home, I thanked God with my heart. I wish people in this world don’t have disabilities – but the children of that school were very happy. I thank God for what he has given me, thank you
