Lung cancer is a serious problem nowadays and is day by day increasing rapidly.The major cause of lung cancer is smoking.Smoking causes the majority of lung cancers both in smokers and in people exposed to secondhand smoke. But lung cancer also occurs in people who never smoked and in those who never had prolonged exposure to secondhand smoke. In these cases, there may be a defect in his/her lungs by eating junk food and all.Lung cancer prevents the lungs from working properly and may cause death to the person if the patient is not given immediate treatment.Prevention is better than cure .So,we should try to prevent .We should not smoke at all.We should try to Avoid secondhand smoke and carcinogens at work.Also,we should Eat a diet full of fruits and vegetables.Moreover we should also exercise most days of the week.In this way we can prevent lung cancer.
