Solution:

Principal = Rs. 2500; rate= 8%, time=3years

we know that;

I = P×R×T/100

I = (2500×8×3)/100

I = 600...

Total amount = I+P = 600+2500 = 3100..

Therefore, amount to be paid is rupees 3100.
