Given:

Discount percentage:- 20%

Sale price:- 1600

To find:

Marked price.

Solution:

Let the marked price= ₹100

Discount= 20% of ₹100

➡₹\sf\large\ \frac{20}{100}×100=₹20

Sale price: ₹(100-20)=₹80

If sale price is ₹80, then marked price= ₹100.

If sale price is ₹1600, then marked price

➡₹\sf\large\ \frac{100}{80} ×1600

\dashrightarrow\: \underline{\boxed{\bf{\orange{=RS.2000}}}}
