TOTAL AREA TO BE TILED = 4×a²
                                           = 4×(2.5)²
                                           = 4×6.25
                                           = 25 cm²
total area of 1 tile = 25×25
                           =625 cm²
no:of tiles = 25/625
                =.04
if side of tank  = 2.5 m long

area to be tiled = 2.5² × 4
                       =  25 m²
                       = 2500 cm²
area of 1 tile     = 625 cm²

no:of tiles        = 2500/625
                      =  4

it's just a try

Answer: 0.05 tiles

Step-by-step explanation:

The LSA of a tank = 6a^2 - area of base

= 5a^2

= 31.25 cm

The area of 1 tile = a^2

= 625 cm

No of tiles. = 31.25/625

= 0.05
