Let Arun's age = A

and Bharat's age = B and

Charat's age = C

Given:

A = 2+ B

B = 2*C

B/2 = C

if B + C + A= 52

B+ B/2+2+B= 52

B+B +B/2= 52-2

2B + B/2 = 50

taking LCM

(4B + B)/2= 50

5B = 50*2

B = 100/5

B = 20

Therefore Bharat's age = 20 years

Solution :-

Let the present age of Charat be x

So, Bharat’s present age = 2x

And Arun’s present age = 2+2x

According to the question,

x+2x+2+2x = 27

⇒5x+2 = 27

⇒5x=25

⇒x=5

So, Bharat’s age = 2×5 = 10 years
