Arun is a partner in a firm During the year 2019-20 he withdrew 6,000 for his personal use Interest on drawings is to be charged @ 12% p.a Calculate
the amount of interest on drawings to be charged from Arun.

Solution:-

Interest on 6,000 for 6 months @ 12% pa will be:
36,000 x 6/12 x 124100 = 360
Therefore, total interest on drawings to be charged from Arun = 360.​
