Answer:

Given,

Arun sketches his mother alongside a wall. The ratio of the mother and the wall are 35cm : 105cm. If it is proportional to IRL, the height of the mother is 150cm, we have to find the height of the wall

35 : 105

(Simplification by 7)

5 : 15

(Simplification by 5)

1 : 3

So, the height of mother - wall ratio is 1:3

So, if mother is 1m, then the wall is 3m (IRL)

Similarly, if mother is 150cm, then the wall is (150 × 3)

= 450cm

So, the height of the wall is 450cm

Checking

150 : 450

(Simplification by 3)

50 : 150

(Simplification by 5)

10 : 30

(Cutting of zeros)

1 : 3

We got the same ratio as the drawing

So, the answer is correct
