Arun's father told that they were planning to have glass elevation for their house . If you were Arun , what would you say ? Are there any concerns if we elevate houses with glass ?

Being a science student , I if in the place of arun would tell my father not to elevate house with glasses.

This is surely is a concern because it causes a disturbance in environment. Glass acts a reflector and can form virtual images. Sometimes, It can form multiple images of surroundings.

If some bird goes from that house , It will surely get confused seeing multiple reflections around it.

It might see a tree in the glass and think to be it's real, and might collide with the window. If the glass used is translucent, it might reflect portion of sun rays into the eyes of birds causing defect or vision or loss of vision.

Even for the humans, While on the road they might get collided with walls if multiple reflections are made by glass elevation.

So, It's not good to elevate houses with glass. You can reduce use of glass to minimum extent.
