99 Shares sold by him

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say number of Shares  = S

at 10 % Discount  value = 90S

at 10 % premium value = 110S

Extra Amount = 20S

Number of shares bought with Extra Amount 20S  =  20S/33

Premium per share = (15/100) 50  = 7.5 Rs

Premium on (20S/33) Share  = (20S/33) * 7.5

= 150S/33

= 50S/11

These is extra income because of extra shares bought

50S/11 = 450

=> S = 99

99 Shares sold by him
