$112500 = x \times 4950$

$x = \frac{112500}{4950}$

$x = 22.73$

Since the number of pages will be whole number, hence, rounding off the number.

Number of pages = 23

Percentage change = $\frac{25 - 23}{25} \times 100$

Percentage change = 8%

Since there is decrease, hence, percentage change is (c) -8%.
