Arvind was distracted. He couldn't concentrate in the class. The incident which had happened that morning had shattered him. Arvind as usual left the home at 8 am. Today he skipped his breakfast as he was already late for his school. While he was on his bicycle he saw a child crying in the middle of the road. The child was not wearing any cloth and was asking for food.
Arvind thought to stop by and help the poor child. But as he was already late for school, he thought that any other person will help the child but if he will stop it will take time and he will be late for his class. Thinking so he left the place.
After riding for some distance, Arvind again stopped and decided to return back to help the child. But as soon as he reached there he found that the child was near some garbage bin and was searching for the leftovers. He immediately took out his lunch box and gave it to that child. As soon as the child got the lunch box he started running. Arvind was shocked by seeing the child giving lunch to her younger sister who was lying on the footpath.
This made Arvind cry and the incident shattered him completely.
