Sub: Report of an epidemic of Cholera in the Chingavanam area of Kottayam District.  

Respected Sir,

 With due respect I would like to inform you that, it has been a week since the Chingavanam block area of Kottayam District is affected with the disease of Cholera. Many people in this area are suffering from severe Diarrhea and Dehydration. The effects are very severe. The hospitals and clinics are also having insufficient doctors and medical staff and the laboratory facility is also very poor. We are trying our level best to "overcome this problem" with the facilities that are available. In order to overcome the problem, I request you to arrange more medical staff including doctors. Please arrange the required medicines too.  

 In order to prevent the epidemic of Cholera, please arrange a testing of water in this area. Please do arrange safe water too.  

Hope that you will act immediately to solve the problem.
