Communication enables better control of information and also promotes motivation.

  • Companies communicating efficiently are more likely to succeed. To have the best working atmosphere, everyone must be mindful of how people act.
  • The functions which enable to communicate effectively are -

1. Motivation - Goals, suggestions, and affirmation are some of the things that are conveyed to workers in order to increase efficiency and motivate them.

2. Control - Organizations have procedures that employees must obey, and  are conveyed to staff to maintain order and equity within the system. For example, if a person has a complaint about a job assignment, the company may require the complaint to be first discussed with a supervisor.

3. Information - For workers to perform their jobs correctly and effectively, organizations must keep them informed about priorities, industry knowledge, preferred procedures and so on. Employees can receive this information in both formal and informal ways.
