Yes, as you say here, that, the hologram books seems to 3 d but actually actually, in case of universe, it is different, because in our universe we can see only 3 dimension, because our eyes can see only the 3 dimensions, the length, breadth and the height and the depth. Any other dimensions other than this 3, because it seems to be that time is also a type of poor dimension birthday, we can't see it in various theories, like the strings theory, there are the possibilities of 11 dimensions to be exist in this universe, but they are only hypothesis because the scientists are not able to find any other dimension other than 3, so it may lead only happened to the theories. But actually they do not exist.
