None what so ever. Not as a human being, or as a scientist. They don’t evolve into one another. If they had done so in the past, they would still be doing so in the present. Both types of cells are necessary to maintain our biosphere from the beginning of Creation. So God created all microbes to perform functions that only they could do.

And since we don’t see them doing so today, this means we should accept the error that they did so in the past. And neither should we accept the error that some single celled organism had offspring that went on to become multicelled
