Our customers have found mechanical faults in many cars sold by our company, which resulted in their dissatisfaction. So they do not refer our company to their friends, which is a major cause in not increasing the sale of our company.

Moreover, our customer care department is overlooking the queries of potential customers when they contact online or over the phone, thus turning away these customers from our cars. Lack of continuous brand promotion is another major reason for the decrease in sales.
