I am Rohit Sharma representing the society of art and crafts in St. Joseph’s Convent School. Our society was assigned a task of organizing a sale of greeting cards and other handicrafts made by the students of our school.
Below is the status of our progress on the plan for the event.
1) We have been successfully advertising and motivating the students of our school to prepare the greeting cards and handicrafts by stating the good work they can do to the poor.
2) We have printed the pamphlets as to what kind of handicrafts could be made to avoid any confusions of the work and have been supplying to the students of every class. Also, we have been placing the announcements and pamphlets in every notice board of our school.
3) As the members of the society, we initiated the event each with Rs 200.
4) We have been sorting out the place of the event and the equipment that is required to conduct the event.
5) We are constantly maintaining and updating the data of the students who would contribute their handicrafts for the event.
6) We have requested for the approval of the administration that the last period of every day would be dedicated to the work on the handicrafts by the students.
7) We have asked for a locker to keep safe all the material related to the event.
8) We have divided ourselves, different jobs, so as to make the work easy but successful.

I made some brochures to sell the handicrafts and greeting cards. The brochure would be titled 'A Noble Buy For A Noble Deed'.
It would have some images of the cards and handicrafts, along with the price. The buying details and payment method would be mentioned on it. I would distribute these papers in shops and neighbourhood, get responses, sell the goods, collect the money, and donate it.
