I as member of the student Council of our school would like to take the responsibility of setting up and environmental club, we the students of the school are thinking of setting up a environment club so that we could do something that can save our environment .

Through this letter I want a permission of your so that we can set up an environmental club and also I need a half an hour time every week on Saturday at the end of the school hour so that we could plan of something and do something for our environment , we can make out some rallies or make banners for and hold on strikes on Sunday this would not only induce the feeling of Patriotism but love for environment among the students of primary as well as secondary level .

I hereby request you to accept my proposal of establishing environmental club I've been the head of the cultural forum and would love to hold this opportunity and become a member of the environmental club .
