He is a human being. Being a good human matters more than anything he or she should do.

Explanation:

Irrespective of his background and culture or ethnicity he/she is a human so he/she should be treated as every person is treated in this world. Assuming your friend is a Indo-Japanese origin living in India ; you should treat him or her as a Indian person because her Identity is Indian and that's what matters the most. Whether he is Indian, Japanese or of any other nationality, it does not even count if he/she has a humble and honest personality.
