As we all know
corruption does a great damage to the society, this problem should be
addressed. As a newly appointed minister of home affairs, I would take following measures to curb corruption.
If we don’t pay our civil servants appropriately , it will definitely bring down their morale and hence effect their dedication.
In case of less wages ,employees will indulge themselves in wrong ways to earn money and corruption will increase.
So my first and foremost step would be paying our civil
servants well.
There must be a pressure free environment between government officials and citizens. Citizens should not feel any duress from the government. Smart technology can surely help to overcome this issue.
