Keeping in mind the state of school-going girls and their parents who have been feeling threatened lately by hearing the news of sexual assault of the girls in the various cities of India, it has become necessary to educate girls about their self-defence.

I, being the president of the student wing propose the below-mentioned steps to take the initiative

Students from class one to ten should spend around 30-45 minutes daily for physical activity practice.

There must be a training session once a week.

The activities may be the non-contact type to avoid injuries in the beginning.

This will increase confidence among the students and their parents.
