Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is Anubha and I live in Noida.
I am a regular passenger of the bus that commutes from Noida to Delhi at 8 am every day.
I would like to bring to your notice that the bus drivers who are in charge of this route are very rash and rude.
They never respect the road rules and almost always drive the bus in over speed.
They honk unnecessarily and use crass language against anyone who raises their voice against them.
The 8 am bus is typically crowded as a lot of us use it to reach our workplace or schools in the morning.
Such unethical against the behaviour of the drivers which makes the morning unpleasant for everyone who board the bus.
A few days ago, while speeding along the road, the driver hit sudden brakes on reaching a turn and this caused a young boy standing inside the bus to fall down due to the sudden motion.
I request you to kindly look into this issue and ensure that drivers are given either proper warning or replaced with a good Samaritan.
