as a responsible citizen what measure do you suggest to keep public place clean and free of plastic

First of all I would I like to tell rather suggesting anything we should ourself take some steps..

The steps should be

1 > Don't spit on road it will make roads clean and hygenic.

2 > Always use public toilets don't urinate on walls this not only brings shame to the society and also brings diseases.

3 > Use paper bags instead of plastic bags.

4 > Don't let animals dung stay on the road for long time this is source of diseases

5 > Don't make soo much trash outside the house or throwing garbage everywhere. Always use dustbins.
