1. As a result of the pandemic, the society had a lockdown which have resulted in people not coming out to purchase products
2. The emergence of internet shopping which rose up during the pandemic  have declined the company's sales to be diverted to online shopping organizations
3. The late introduction of delivery facilities or any other facilities which could have boost up sales to average levels.
