I have been to your office many times in this past few months and every time I was told to leave because you were not present at the moment. I am a teacher in the school that has been located at the end of the lake road and the condition of the school’s building is getting worse and worse with each passing day. There are almost eight hundred students (More/less) currently enrolled in that school with a faculty of forty to forty-five teachers (More/less). The roof of the classrooms makes a creaking sound when someone is walking on the above floor. (Describe overall situation). As a member of the school and as a prefect I would like to bring this to your notice that our school building needs maintenance urgently as the paint on the wall is dull as well as dirty and fans make a lot of noise which distracts our mind from the studies. The condition of the washroom and benches is worst. I want to bring this to your notice so that repairing should start as soon as possible as we are having our vacation in a week.

I suggest you look into the matter and take the necessary actions as soon as possible.
