  • Inviting friends and family members to exercise with us

  • having Balanced Diet and Active lifestyle.
  • Yoga and exercises or workout are must ,
  • Avoid fatty foods and Do not skip meals.
  • Avoiding alcohol, smoking and drugs.
  • By exercising, It should be in such a way that your body should start sweating.

Regular exercise will also keep our body in good health. And keeping a record of it will  make us physically active.
