Where as terrorism has been an increased concern and threat to us, i feel there are precautions we must take to ensure that we all stay safe.
1. Report any suspicious bags that in most cases are left not attended to. Do not tamper with them but report them to the responsible parties like police.
2. Be each others keeper. If you feel our brother is in danger, look out for them and protect them.
3. Avoid crowded places that in most times have no security. These are always targets for terrorists.
4. Spread the gospel against terrorism. It starts with you. Fight it.

Urgent Appeal
Keeping in view the nation-wide alert against possible terrorist attacks, of all the residents of the Simarpur building are appealed to that if any unclaimed baggage or deserted objects within or around or anywhere in the city is noticed, it must be immediately reported to Rwanda or the police number 105 immediately. Do inform your near or dear ones about your whereabouts while being away from home. There is nothing to panic. This is just to ensure safety and security of people in the city.
