as a teacher describe some examples reflecting the linkage between school, community and curriculum
Answers
Hello,
Following is your answer;
As a teacher, is is his/her duty to enlighten the student intellectually and teach him to think openly with a broader perspective.
The curriculum if designed in a way to support the students in all dimensions of his life, may it be school or community, should benefit him.
If for example, the curriculum consist of not only bookish knowledge, but also consist of topics that would relate to his life outside of school. what will happen is that the student will be able to relate those topics in his everyday life and get better grades, similarly, he would be able to apply that knowledge in his everyday life and ace at that too.
Hence, having a curriculum that is both education and community friendly benefits the students in all aspects of his life and keeps him in school.
I hope the answer helped you.
Thank you
