Teachers are considered as the elements of change in the society. children consider them their role models. Half of a child's day is spent under the direction of a teacher. It is therefore the duty of the teacher to keep track of the global change and analyse the requirements of change that are are needed in his students and then prepare them accordingly so they are able to face the world in a more prepared and confident manner.
