I would appoint school pupil leaders

Reward the children with good manners

Show them nice short films or videos about good behaviour

Teach them vocational skills so that they will be preoccupied

Help them learn better and enjoy it so that they don’t think it to boring and do some mischief

Help everybody be good friends and do not bully anyone
