New Delhi, January 22, 2022 : Yesterday at 10.00am a new 250-bed Ellis Street Hospital in opened in Dayanand vihar New Delhi , its doors with the aim of improving healthcare facilities and services to the general public.
Status Health Personnel Officer Shri Prabhudeva Goyal inaugurated the hospital. The Minister of Health, the Senior Director of Health Care and many other government officials and officials were also invited to the hospital's inaugural program.
The hospital was built in memory of the late R. Tiwari, a renowned cardiologist who has served the public for the past 50 years. Sadly, he passed away six months ago as a result of the ill effects of the deadly coronavirus.
His sole purpose in life was to serve society, the community and ultimately the nation as a whole.
According to hospital sources, the hospital would provide free and limited care to the poor who cannot afford hospital facilities and services. The hospital has employed 50 qualified doctors with a wide range of specialties and 75 registered nurses.
