Keep in mind, however, that centrifugal force is an apparent force. In fact, the truck moves by circular motion in the curve, and the frictional force on the wheels provides the centripetal force that keeps the truck in circular motion. However, the box inside the truck keeps its initial linear motion for inertia, moving towars the side of the truck farthest from the centre of the curve.
