We usually see people write letters to editors on specific situations, Mostly people like to bring the media's attention by writing it to editor.

What I believe is editor must make sure that he reads them and express the problem in news. Most of the problems are of the common people. These issues need immediate attention.

Almost, all of the cases are founded to be unsolved. Editor should publish the letters so that everyone knows the condition.

Editor has the Supreme rights & supports to publish things. As his identity is most confidential , he can express views very fluently.

But at times, Local situations cause editors to not respond. Overall, it's very good fit for the society , if the editor is truly perfect.

Therefore, I feel an editor has the freedom to express thoughts but he shouldn't express personal concerns. he should be more of a public man than self.
