Representative democracy in its ideal form(if it exists) gives people the choice to select their representatives along with providing them with the power of questioning and reasoning , the representatives people choose are ver much answerable to the public in most of the scenarios and this crates a transpirancy between the government and people but yes if the society has some flaws it will definetly be reflected in the government too cause nor the representatives and nor the people are alien to the society. People constitute a society and they chhose the government too so it completely depend upon people the kind of government they choose, and if people form the government then the flaws among then people forms the flaws of the government .
