Being a citizen of India we enjoys two different set of right justiciable and non just. rights conferred by our Constitution.

-So, while enjoying these rights it shall duty of every citizen of India to perform certain duties.

-Originally Indian Constitution doesn't mention these duties.

-The set of duties found in part 4 A of the Constitution which contains only 1 article, 51A mention 11 duties.

-These duties were added by 42nd CAA on the recommendation of Sardar Swaran Singh committee.

-however the duties mention in part 4A are not justiciable in nature.
