Dear diary,
Today I made a huge profit by my cleverness.
Today I and Jeanette had gone to buy a villa . Jeanette was very interested to buy it but at the beginning I was not interested as I knew that she wants to buy the villa for her parents and family. When she and the owner of the house Mrs. Juliette were upstairs discussing about house room , kitchens etc , a lady named Mrs. Al Smith came for buying the villa . When she entered into the villa she thought that I am the owner of the villa as I was sitting in the sofa in the hall . She was in a great hurry so she wasn't at all interested to listen me. I used my cleverness at that time and I drag the opportunity to sell the villa for 300,000 francs which was really 200,000francs . she want to replace the villa into a bungalow where she can shoot films . After she handed me the cash in check she moved out for some other work . Then finally my wife and Mrs. Juliette came down . My wife wasn't getting interest on buying it after seeing the rooms but I was wondering if I would buy it or not . Then I decided to buy for 200,000 francs and had made a profit of 100,000 francs . This I made a profit not giving a single pie also . And I was happy to fill my wife and Mrs. Juliette. I wish I could tell my wife about this after some days.
