I met a man with seven wives.Each wife had seven sacks,Each sack had seven cats,Each cat had seven kits.Kits, cats, sacks and wives,How many were going to St. Ives?

Here's the answer you need,

You, being the first of the whole riddle, was also making way to St. Ives. The second being the man. ( 2 people here ).

He had seven wives. (9)
Seven wives with 7 sacks. [2+(7×7)]
Seven sacks with 7 cats. [2+(7×7×7)]
Seven sacks with 7 kittens or kits. [2+(7×7×7×7)]

A total of 2403 were going to St. Ives.
