As in case of fluid friction ,friction increases with increase in speed is it same in solids?

The answer is that Friction doesn't increases in solids with the increase in speed because increase in speed means less time of interlocking of the grooves and edges of the object thus the friction automatically decreases.And it also has limiting force of friction.If the force[of the speed] is more than the limiting force of friction then also the friction decreases.
