Disagree. There is no way to avoid suffering, it’s part of life and necessary for happiness or enjoyment. Suffering and happiness are two parts of a whole thing, and you must derive meaning from, and place value in, them both equally. There is a way to avoid nonsensical suffering, though. Stop worrying about things that don’t affect your (or any other’s) ability to be alive, and accept that you literally can not exist without some other things making sacrifices and suffering because of them. Suffering can not cease to exist until life ceases to exist. We should share the burden as much as possible.
