Respected Sir
I am Mohit Sharma of class 8th and I want to inform you that I am suffering from a leg fracture as I slipped from the stairs and fell down. As a result I was in hospital for a week and I have been discharged recently and advised not to do any physical activities.
I hereby request you to kindly exempt me from the games period as I need complete rest and will take time to recover. I had been prescribed to go to school by wheel chair but I avoided because I didn't suffered from serious pains. I will be using wheel chair only in my residence and only while coming and going back to school. During school time I would be avoiding it. I assure you that I won't occur big troubles in school and will maintain a good environment in class as it was before.
Please help me in my difficulty.Kindly do the needful and oblige.
