as mr rohan malthotra HOD chemistry cambrisge high school,pune you had placed an order with m/s scientific equipments dadas mumbai for test tubes and jars for lab. when parcel was recived. you obserbed that marking on the test tubes were not clear and some of the jars were damaged. write a letter of complaint saking immiediate replacement.
