In February 2019, India has signed a MoU with Bangladesh to educate 1800 Bangladesh Civil Servants at the National Centre for good Governance (NCGG) for next 6 years.
They'll guided in e-governance and carrier transport, public policy and implementation, data technology, decentralization, urban improvement and making plans and ethics in management.
As that is the second time that NCGG signed an MOU for a education program for Bangladesh Civil Servants. As the first MOU signed five years ago, 1500 Bangladesh Civil Servants have already been educated in NCGG.
