Gujarat, Manipur, Odisha, Punjab, Benaras

amil Nadu:

Language: Tamil, the official state language (88.59% of the population ) besides other regional languages such as Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, & Kannada

Food: A  wide variety of both vegetarian & non-vegetarian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambhar, chicken and meat curry,  rasam, coconut chutney, parotta, upma, curd rice, lemon rice & much more

Festival: Pongal, Tamil New Year's Day, Diwali, Thaipoosam, and Karthigai Deepam

Religion: The majority of the population are Hindus, followed by Christians, Muslims, Jains, Buddhists and Sikhs

Dress: Traditional dress is dhoti together with a shirt, ladies usually wear saris. Otherwise dressing is  mix of Indian & Western culture

Dance: Bharatanatayyam, Karagattam, Kummi, Kollatam are some of the dance forms of Tamil Nadu

Kerala

Language: The majority of the people speak Malayalam

Festival: Bihu (3 types) Baishagu, Ali-Ai-Ligang, Baikho, & Majuli Festival

Dress: Assamese adorn mostly hand loomed dress. The women wear Mekhela Chador/Riha- Mekhela, and men wear 'suria/dhoti', and over it, they drape a chadar ('Seleng').
