Dear Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily I would like to highlight the problem of cruelty to animals. Since a few weeks I have been observing that some stray cows roam on the streets. These cows have been abandoned by their owners and are not taken care of at all, which depicts their cruelty to animals. This also causes a problem to the commutators as these cows keep on roaming on the roads.
Therefore, I wish to highlight this issue through your esteemed daily newspaper so that some strict actions against this issue.
