Answer:
When ideas are not hailed, facts make no avail.
It is my pleasure to welcome you all, respected principal, teachers and my dear friends. Everything begins with an idea. I shall begin by one of Einstein's idea of education:
It is not facts that matter, but ideas.
Little Albert used to hate his school, where the students were forced to memorize the facts and learn by rote. But he did not understand facts. He wanted to explore the ideas behind them. Not when and where but how and why. Had Einstein simply accepted the facts he was being fed without knowing the ideas behind them, his line of thought would have ended up as a line segment.
You, as a student, could learn facts to make it through the twelve years of school. Then good luck with the next seventy years of life, no ideas, just some good-for-nothing facts that you don't know how to apply. But this is not the way of life. I would like to encourage everyone present here to investigate the meaning behind facts, and develop ideas.
Facts are forgettable, but ideas live and are born if given space. Thank you.

Speech Writing
A speech works as a means of transport for thoughts and expressions. A good speech begins from the speaker and ends with the audience absorbed with splendid ideas.
Below is the format of a speech:
⇒ Introduction
This section includes the following points, though not necessarily in the same order:
Greetings to the audience
An attention grabbing line
Announcing the topic
⇒ Main Body
Analysis/justification of the topic
Overview to the idea

Ending with an optimistic approach
A closing statement
Finishing by saying 'thank you'
