I Sameera, wholeheartedly disagree with the motion and say that Entrance exams are not the correct way to choose/ select students for undergraduate courses. These exams do not test the knowledge of the student, but they test the memory of the student. And everyone's memory is not outstanding. I fell that this is pointless and baseless. Even if the student fails in an exam, he/she feels so degraded that he/she might take wrong steps. The suicide count of India States that maximum number of suicides are taken place by students. Thus, in the end to conclude, I would like to say that the education system should not try to test the memory, but the knowledge.
