It is crucial that our after sales service must ensure that the products that we sell meet or surpass the expectations of the customers. The demands and needs aof the customers should be fulfilled for them to spread a positive word of mouth. In the present scenario, positive word of mouth plays a vital role in promoting our brands and products. This also plays an important role in customer satisfaction and customer retention.
